When do orders get shipped out?
Within 1-7 days! However, I do always try shipping out orders as soon as possible!
Tracked or Untracked Shipping
ANY NON FLAT items (ex. Crochet items) always required tracked shipping.
When will I recieve my order?
Due to COVID, arrival times may be delayed. For US orders, you can expect to see them arrive 1-2 weeks after you recieve an email of the shipping comfirmation. International orders may take 1-4 weeks without delays, but possibly a month or more with.
What if my order is damaged upon arrival/missing an item?

What about VAT?
While I do include shipping to UK/ Europe, I am not responsible for any pay duties/ fees that you may have to pay upon delivery.
Do you ship to (insert country)?
I try to include what I can, but there are some restrictions where the US is unable to ship out to. If you are unable to check out, it is likely because I'm not able to ship to your country unfortunately.
Can I get a refund/cancel my order?
No, once your payment has gone through your order is final. Everything I do is homemade and requires a lot of time and effort, I cannot afford to be giving refunds and for that reason I ask customers to please be serious when buying.
My order is missing!
Unfortunately once I have shipped out an order, it is out of my control. If you are missing an order please reach out to your local post office.
I put the wrong address
Please contact me ASAP if you have out the wrong address. If I have already shipped out your order by then, you will have to pay for shipping again.
